The experience was great! She actually got back to me after business hours and set up for us to look at homes because we needed to get out of our rental quickly. The morning that I saw our home I text her and she immediately got back to me and got us a showing that day. We told her we wanted to put in an offer and she got right to it. This market is extremely fast but still she got our home secured and helped us every step of the way through closing and beyond. She worked very closely with our lender to make sure every detail was done properly. Then after closing as if she hadn’t already done enough she gave us a ring door bell as a gift for our home. She also gave us a big pie for Thanksgiving which I thought was really above and beyond just like the gift. We just received a Christmas card from her as well! Serena is more than just a realtor but she is more like a friend. She thought of everything. She even put us in touch with someone to clean our new home and rental at low cost. The lady was amazing and very affordable!! If you’re in the Albuquerque area and you need a realtor, we highly recommend Serena. There is so much good to say about her as a person not just a realtor.
